Seeking a compassionate, highly efficient manager and strong leader to maintain a positive social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual living environment for pregnant mothers and their children.

You become the resident’s resource, helping them resolve issues and preparing them for a vibrant, independent life by facilitating life skill courses and demonstrating good decision making.

You are managing a team of dedicated Resident Advisors and overseeing the operations of the home, teaching and mentoring the residents about the “why’s” behind the house rules and policies. As, as well as tracking residents, visitors and volunteers in the home. This position also handles crisis situations and complex issues.

There is some paperwork and reporting involved, so you will need to be comfortable using a computer and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

  • MUST have a valid Driver’s license, vehicle insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Equivalent work experience and/or a college degree.
