Good Counsel has a lot of opportunities available for volunteering. Please read the information below to see if any of these options would be a good fit for you. You can contact us with any questions, new ideas, or your interests about volunteering by completing our volunteer form.
Parish Speaking
Do you feel called to be a witness and to preach the Gospel, to encourage your brothers and sister to get involved in building the culture of life? If so, parish speaking may be the job for you. We do it to serve our mothers and babies – to be a voice for the voiceless. Come join our team and get the opportunity to experience the beauty of different parishes and the generosity of others.
Parish Scheduler
Do you have good communication skills and feel comfortable talking with people over the phone? If you have a background in sales or customer service, this could be a great match for you. If you have some free time on your hands and are looking to fill it with some meaningful work, you may find this task to be very rewarding!
Temporary Foster Care
Occasionally we are in need of someone willing to open their heart and their home to care for a little one. This could be either an infant or a toddler and usually the reason is that mom is in the hospital for a short stay of a week or two. Your help at this time can ensure that this child continues to receive individual 24-hour attention and care that is normally provided by mom and the house staff. If you are at all interested in providing some special love just provide your name and email address below and we will be in touch to answer any questions you might have. Host a Charity Event

Volunteer Your Time
We are always ready to welcome great volunteers! Donors and volunteers can join Good Counsel and help our families get a new start in life in a variety of ways, from the smallest details to the most complex. From fundraising and friend-raising to teaching, mentoring and sharing time and talents, plenty of volunteer opportunities exist in both the Good Counsel offices and residences. We are also in need of prayer volunteers.
