Join Good Counsel in Honoring Two Nationally Well-Known Guests at the Fr. Benedict Groeschel Annual Award Gala‍

Always close to Fr. Benedict Groeschel’s heart was the plight of homeless pregnant women and their babies. He was the driving force in our opening of the first Good Counsel home 36 years ago. Fr. Benedict wanted to make sure that Good Counsel, one of his favorite apostolates, would continue even after he went home to the Lord.

It’s thrilling to once again host an in-person gathering, to which we add the promise of an exciting, fun-filled afternoon. Good Counsel’s four homes have remained open despite the difficulties of the last two years. This is possible only with the help of our friends, providing our mothers and children not only the basic necessities, but also counseling, educational and vocational training, and the warmth of a family.

We are very excited about our two guest speakers. The first is our honored guest, Sister Deirdre Byrne, Medical Missionary Surgeon, Community Superior, U.S. Army Colonel.
